Inlustris Audio, LLC, operating under the business names Sean Crone Audio and/or Post Audio for Media, is an audio production company for media. Founded by Sean Crone in 2014 under the name, Final Impact Studios, Sean Crone Audio has recently rebranded and is committed to providing quality content on audio for media such as checklists, ebooks, tutorial videos, blogs, guides, and so on. Sean also provide services for audio post production for media, namely commercials, television, social media, and films.

What personal data do we collect?
We collect various information throughout our site.
For visitors only this includes information on your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

For those who purchase an item on our site this will include all the above as well as your name, email address, payment and preferred payment method through Stripe, and order details. We call this “Order Information.”
For those who sign up for an account this includes all listed above as well as your name, address for orders, and your personal account preferences. We call this “Account Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Order Information, and Account Information.
All of this is to ensure that you have the best experience as possible while interacting with our site, especially for returning users.
I make sure to keep privacy protected as my top priority and will do everything reasonable within my power to protect your information.
Should you want to remove your account and all your personal data at any time you may request so by sending an email to contact@postaudioformedia.com.
Please understand that if you do request to remove your account then all your previous order details will be removed. This includes any digital downloads or other goods you have purchased. I will not be able to restore access to these products after you request to have your account and details removed.
Any digital products purchased will have to be re-purchased again if you need to redownload them for any reason after removal of your account has been completed.
How is my information used?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Contact forms
I have a contact form on https://postaudioformedia.com/contact for users to send me a direct message with any comments, questions, or concerns.
Data collected through that contact includes your name and email in order to respond to you personally regarding your inquiry.
This information will not be stored longer than 30 days and will not be used for marketing purposes.
Email newsletter and marketing
Throughout my site you’ll see email marketing sign up forms. Some downloadable goods, such as checklists, will also be locked behind such forms.
These forms will let me know of anyone who wishes to be added to my email marketing list for more content, sometimes weekly.
If you are added to the newsletter and later decide you want to removed you can click on the unsubscribe button on any of my emails.
Please allow up to 3 business days for this request to go through. Should you receive any emails within those 3 days you are free to ignore them.

Please note that I reserve the right to update and change the provided policies and information at any time in order to better protect myself and you as laws and regulations are updated or changed.
